Our Story
Born from a belief that potential is everywhere.
People Initiative Foundation was founded with a simple but profound belief: talent and potential are distributed equally across humanity, but opportunity is not.
Starting in Ghana, our founders saw young people with extraordinary ability who lacked access to the education, mentorship, and resources needed to thrive. What began as a local response to this inequity has grown into a global organisation active in over 24 countries.
Today, People Initiative Foundation is a trusted partner to governments, international organisations, corporates, and foundations — co-designing and delivering programmes that create measurable, lasting change in the lives of young people and communities worldwide.

NorthWork Ventures Ltd provides strategic operational support — including technology, administrative, and business development resources — enabling PIF to focus on its core mission without the overhead burden typical of small nonprofits.
